What engines are available on new Nissan sedans? 

 

The new Nissan Versa standard engine is a 1.6-Liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine, with select trim levels available in 5-speed manual or automatic Xtronic CVT transmission. This engine gets 122 HP at 6,300 RPM and 114 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 RPM.

The new Nissan Sentra standard engine is a responsive 2.0-Liter Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine with Xtronic CVT transmission. This engine gets 149 HP at 6,000 RPM and 146 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 RPM. 


The new Nissan Altima standard engine is a 2.5-Liter DIG DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine that gets 188 HP at 6,000 RPM and 180 lb-ft of torque at 3,600 RPM on Front Wheel Drive models and 182 HP at 6,000 RPM and 178 lb-ft of torque at 3,600 RPM on All Wheel Drive models. The Nissan Altima SR is equipped with a 2.0L Variable Compression Turbo (VC-Turbo) DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine.

 

The new Nissan Maxima standard engine is a powerful 3.5-Liter DOHC 24-valve V6 engine that gets 300 HP at 6,400 RPM and 261 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 RPM.
